01 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Banwa City Roleplay ("BCRP", "we", "our", or "us"), a Roblox roleplay experience, you agree to comply with and be legally bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use our game, Discord, or services.

02 Virtual Purchases

All purchases made in Banwa City Roleplay (including vehicles, houses, roles, perks, or similar content) are classified as donations for in-game benefits. These are virtual items and hold no real-world monetary value. You are purchasing a license to access digital content while you follow all applicable rules.

03 Delivery Times

Unlimited delivery timeframe: Items may take an unspecified or extended period of time to be delivered depending on development schedules, technical limitations, or workload. By purchasing, you acknowledge that Banwa City Roleplay does not guarantee a specific delivery deadline.

04 Refunds & Chargebacks

All sales are final. Refunds are not provided for accidental purchases, bans, server issues, delivery delays, or similar circumstances. Attempting chargebacks or payment disputes may result in a permanent ban from Banwa City Roleplay services and communities.

Chargeback warning: Contact staff first if you believe there has been a payment or delivery issue.

05 Preorders & Payment Deadlines

Preordered items or limited slots require advance payment. Failure to pay on time may result in cancellation without refund. Late payments may also lead to blacklisting from future purchases.

06 Account Responsibility

You are responsible for activity occurring on your Roblox or Discord accounts. Banwa City Roleplay is not responsible for lost items or access caused by account sharing, hacking, compromised credentials, or user negligence.

07 Alien Cash (Real-Life Currency)

"Alien Cash" refers to real-life currency such as Philippine Pesos, GCash, or any similar payment method.

  • All purchases using Alien Cash are final and non-refundable.
  • Banned users forfeit all items and access.
  • Scamming, chargebacks, or fake payment proof may result in a permanent ban and blacklist.
  • Valid item transfers completed before a ban remain effective.

08 Scamming Rules

  • Scamming involving Alien Cash (real money) may result in a permanent ban.
  • In-game scams are allowed only when they fit a realistic roleplay situation.
  • Scams must not be repetitive, exploitative, or designed to unfairly target new players.
  • Staff decisions regarding scamming and fairness are final.

A scenario should make sense within roleplay, should not abuse a game mechanic, and should not involve real-money deception. Staff may intervene when an interaction becomes exploitative.

09 Bans & Enforcement

  • Bans may result in the loss of items, purchases, roles, or access.
  • Ban evasion may result in additional or permanent enforcement.
  • Appeals may be made through the designated support process but do not automatically result in refunds.

10 Registration & Tax Status

Important: Banwa City Roleplay's registration and tax status should be independently verified with the appropriate Philippine authorities. This website does not constitute tax or legal advice.

By making a purchase, you acknowledge that you are responsible for understanding any obligations that may apply to you. Banwa City Roleplay does not provide personal tax advice.

11 Liability Limitation

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Banwa City Roleplay shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the service, including loss of virtual goods or access. Your sole remedy for an issue is to discontinue using the service.

12 Governing Law & Jurisdiction

These Terms of Service shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, to the extent applicable.

You acknowledge that this agreement is a digital contract voluntarily entered into and that use of the game constitutes acceptance of these terms.

13 Changes to These Terms

Banwa City Roleplay may modify these Terms of Service at any time. Continued use of our services after an update means you agree to the new version. The effective and update dates shown above should be changed whenever the official terms are revised.

15 Confidentiality of Donation Communications

Conversations, proof, and messages related to donations or purchases, including screenshots, chat logs, DMs, or transaction discussions, are intended to remain private between the buyer and Banwa City Roleplay staff.

  • Unauthorized leaks, forwarding, or public sharing of donation-related communications may result in associated donations being considered invalid.
  • Associated in-game items, roles, or privileges may be revoked where permitted by the applicable rules.
  • This rule exists to protect the privacy, safety, and integrity of the Banwa City Roleplay donation system.
